OMNI is something very personal to me - a platform that was born out of my own story and experience. In 2019, while building a large international company from scratch, I had the opportunity to work with many young people - students full of talent and ambition but facing huge challenges in their job search. They shared with me how difficult it is to find their chance when no one gives them the opportunity to prove their skills.
This led me to create the initiative "Lend a Hand, Create a Workforce!", which was launched in Plovdiv with the idea of connecting students with companies willing to invest in their development, regardless of their lack of experience. The programme started successfully, but the pandemic has presented us with a new challenge - how to continue connecting young talent with business in a new, digital world.
So OMNI was born - a platform that uses artificial intelligence to create connections between students and employers. We created OMNI with the mission to help young people stay and progress in Bulgaria, while giving businesses the opportunity to discover and integrate new talents.
I believe that OMNI can make the difference - both for students looking for their place and for companies looking for the next generation of leaders and innovators. This is our personal cause - to build a better future for all!
